 Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu students earn international acclaim at FabLearn Asia 2020 for innovative, eco-friendly projects in Bangkok, Thailand.

January 2020 - Students from the Atal Tinkering Lab at Puthiyakavu and Thalassery Amrita Vidyalayam schools presented their research results at the Fablearn Asia 2020, an International Symposium held on January 10-12, at the King Mongkut’s University in Bangkok, Thailand.

May 2023 - Students Harinarayan M, Thajus S, and Madhumati Anand from Amrita Vidyalayam Puthiyakavu School were invited by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, to present their project “Biodegradable Tensegrity Structures” at the ‘School to Start-Up – Igniting Young Minds to Innovate’ Expo held in Pragati Maidan from May 11-14.

 Bhavya Sri Suravajhala, a Grade XII student at Amrita Vidyalayam, Puthiyakavu, launched Adolescencesio to support teen mental health through holistic care.

August 2024 - Bhavya Sri Suravajhala, a Grade XII student at Amrita Vidyalayam, Puthiyakavu, founded Adolescencesio to support teen mental health through modern and holistic methods. Her efforts earned praise from Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Amrita Vidyalayam's Team Master Brains shined at the Red Fort on the 78th Independence Day, ranking No. 1 in Kerala and top 400 in the ATL Marathon.

August 2024 - The Master Brain team from Amrita Vidyalayam had the extraordinary privilege of attending the 78th Independence Day celebration at the historic Red Fort in Delhi. The pinnacle of their journey was attending the flag-hoisting ceremony on the 15th of August at Red Fort.

Amrita Vidyalayam Thalassery students harness noise pollution to generate electricity with their innovative 'Sonic Power Saver' project, advancing toward a Green Campus goal.

November 2020 - Amrita Vidyalayam Thalassery's team, AV Innovators, and Amrita Vidyalayam Chennai's team secured spots in the top 20 of ATL Marathon 2019 with their projects Sonic Power Saver and Panda File Transfer Protocol. The results were announced by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog, on November 20th.
