Workshop Guidelines:
1. The workshop requires a minimum of 100 students to be conducted over four days, divided into two batches. Each batch will receive training for three hours, with one batch scheduled in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
2. If the workshop has a participation count of 50, it will be condensed into two days, with six hours of training per day conducted as a single batch.
3. The school must allocate a suitable space for conducting the workshop, with the capacity to accommodate 50 students in teams of up to three. Additionally, the workshop space should include access to a projector, preferably with a clear wall or white area for projection. An adequate power supply must also be available to support all electronic devices.
4. We will provide tablets for team use, as well as WiFi dongles and a projector for the workshops.
5. A team of three trainers will be visiting the school to conduct the workshop. The school is kindly requested to provide food and accommodation for the trainers during their stay for the training sessions.
6. We welcome teachers to participate in the workshop so that the knowledge imparted to students can be further utilized and sustained beyond the workshop sessions.
7. Certificates will be provided only to students who achieve a minimum attendance of 70% throughout the duration of the workshop.
8. The school is required to provide registered participant details at least two days prior to the workshop date. Additionally, after registration, fees must be paid by all registered students, regardless of attendance during the workshop sessions.
9. We offer mentorship and guidance to students even after our workshop through a dedicated WhatsApp group.
10. Fee discounts for future workshops will be offered to the best-performing teams in the current workshop.
